NSV: It JUST dawned on me....

that I am the smallest/lightest I have been in over 8 years!! OMG! I never thought that I would be celebrating 234.5lbs but when you start out at 270lbs it's something to scream about. I'm 5'9" so my goal is not that aggressive. Nut wants me at 175lbs....not too far away! This is a HUGE wow moment for me. I feel like I'm finally starting to get my life back.

I can officially say that it's been 10 years since I have stepped foot in a bikini...don't think I won't cause I am crazy enough to do it!

I was just counting...it's been at least 9 years for me! 

Actually, I have my eye on this "mono-kini" swimsuit....it's sexy as hell.  It's my goal swim suit.  if I can pull that suit off, I'll know I have arrived!!!

I better gett off my butt and go exercise or something, huh?

You and I are about the same height...I'm 5'10 and my Nut wanted me at 174 too (normal BMI at that point) I'm now fluctuating about 170-174 for the past few weeks. I really think if I can gain about 5 lb of muscle I'll hit 170 exactly before i go for my 1 year checkup. good luck to ya!!! This is a HUGE accomplishment but wait there's more!!!!
