I need help DeeDee

I need some help baf My baby boy just turned 5months and he is Teething so bad.I can't for the life of me remember the old rememdies.I can only remeber one the penny with the hole in it on a black string around the babies neck.I heard of the one with the egg over the door where the baby sleeps.Do you guys  remember any more?

When my son was little I made chamomile tea and then froze it into ice cubes.  I then put them in a thin washcloth and let him gnaw away.  The ice felt good and the chamomile helped to calm him.


Also with supervision a frozen banana is great.

Teething tablets work great also. You can get them most places anymore, especially Walgreens or Wally World. They are homeopathic.

Thanks Valena I tried  Humphreys but they don't seem to work.I also tried oral gel the poor baby is just not getting relief.He is having fever off and on also.

hey girl if all else fails but a nip of E & J brandy, insert a q-tip in bottle squeeze the q-tip until all the liqour is out and rub gently on his gums.  I know this is not the best advice since it is liqour but it's the best advice for a mommy who is trying to get sleep and a baby that is hurting....my son is 3 and my grandmother tole us to use this at first I was a little aprehensive but i needed him to sleep and be comfortable.  My daughter who is now 8 I used the humphey's tablets for her it worked my son .....NO WAY!! hope this helps
