DAY 56, P90X PLUS AND JILLIAN MICHAELS

Morning Yall

I rocked both my workouts this morning one right after the other.  I am exhausted, that Jillian Michaels is so funny how she thinks she is so bad ass,   LOL,   but she is so cute I just let her boss me around lol.

Today is day 5 of no candy,  I am feeling really weak today.  I have to go get text books today which means passing Walgreens and 711.  I don't know if I am strong enough to resist. 

So my workout is done, is yours ??

I like Jillian Michaels too......I have her Wii Fit game!!

Jillian is funny!  She's been kicking my butt though and I'm glad about it.

I have to laugh cause she thinks she is so hard core.  I'm like when you gone bring it tough girl LOL.    

is Jillian more sculpt or burn?  I was looking at her stuff in Sam's last week, may put her in rotation

ETA-good job on the sweets...rebuke them.  I have a broad at work trying to feed me cupcakes, if I can resist, you can too!!

I think it is suppose to be both,  the moves are to sculpt you while they are at a pace to burn fat at the same time.

Did my cardio bootcamp again last night.  This week has been long and I have been dragging but i am getting it done.  Tonight is my regular bootcamp DVD.  Maybe by next week I can throw the extreme bootcamp DVD into the mix. 

I am so proud of you...5 days!! WOO HOO...cause thats five days longer than me.  shoot I go that long and its like I am mourning someone's passing...its serious with me...lol!.
