Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill; last minute Abs.

Exercise:  Walk from the metro to home (5 miles)...do some weights prior to going to bed.

Hey Miz D!

Bfast - 1 egg w/cheese and 3 strips of turkey bacon
Snack - yogurt
Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken, Raspberry viniagarette dressing
Snack - s-f jello; Quaker rice snacks
Dinner - sauteed garlic/peppers/mushroom spinach w/romano cheese

Water goal: My goal of 100 oz on yesterday was not accomplished; so, I'll say 60 oz. today and go from there!
Suppls: multivitamin, calcium citrate, B12

I'm trying to get out to buy some more protein powder; hopefully I can before the 'real' snow comes!

B - light fat free yogurt
S - Isopure zero carbs/sugar - 40g protein
L - leftover turkey chili
S - sf pudding w/protein
D - leftover turkey chili
S - 2 tsp peanut butter

Water Goal: I'm going to push really hard for 60 oz of water since I'm having the Isopure today.
Vits: 2 multi, 2 cal, 2 b-complex
