Now is the time to take it easy and let your body heal and adjust. I know for some people it's hard to relax but right now you should be concentrating on getting your protein in, water in, vitamins in and of course just walking a little bit, not a workout yet. Congrats on being a loser.

My first few days home I felt like I was ready to take on the world. But my energy level would be depleeted as soon as I started doing something around the house... Start slow and reserve your energy. You just went through a MAJOR operation...

Walking and Gas-X strips helped me sooo much. Take care and congrats with your weight loss thus far.

You guys are so right.  I felt like I hit a brick wall yesterday.  I was just weak and interestingly enough the friend I was staying with who was suppose to be helping to take care of me, decided I was healed so he went off the bar with his friends.  I decided to just come home and deal on my own.  I brought all kinds of fluids in my bedroom and I've just been getting my fluids in and getting my rest.  I feel much better and I'm taking it easy.  Thanks guys.

Glad to here everything went well. Take it easy and rest. Pray my VSG goes as well as your RNY.
I will be getting sleeved on tomorrow 1-13-09. Please pray for me as i will continueto pray for you.
