I will only eat what I packed in my lunch today (at least try) cause the crackers and chips be calling a sistah
2 protein drinks ( b4 and after am workout)
B- 3 sl. turkey bacon, bowl of oatmeal, 2 boiled eggs
L- tuna w/pickles, apple, atkins protein bar
D- baked chicken brest, green beans, sweet potatoe
I'll throw in a ****tail or 2 if I get off early enough 2nite as well
