TODAY - I am going to the gym to RIP it!!!! i was play pimpin on it tuesday - so today - IT'S ON!!!! My BF is picking up the midget - so I can put in extra time, and I am going to make it COUNT!!!! I'm waiting till payday next week to buy a weight lifting for chicks book that someone suggested on here - looking to retool my routine a bit - I really want to focus on building my strength in 09.
Have NO CLUE what i am doing for lunch - I know, BAD MACK!!! LOL - I am really leaning towards going to a Vietnamese place near the J for some spring rolls - LOVE them damn things!!!! Dinner is also up in the air - I am actually craving tuna.......
So what's your plan for today - and who's down for an 80 oz water challenge???????

I don't have a plan today
I ate my usual breakfast but don't know what I'm doing for lunch and dinner. It will be WL - friendly, I will get in at least 70 ozs of water, I took my morning vits, will get in all the protein I can, and...crossing my fingers on 8 hours of sleep!
Oh....I almost forgot....I WILL be getting on the treadmill and working the weights today too

By the way whats the name of the book that someone suggested to you. I would love to start focusing on some serious weight training myself. I turn 35 and I want to look and feel MARVELOUS!!

I'm at the gym and on the exercise bike as I type this. I realized last night that I forgot my vitamins 2 days in a row--as well as this morning--the day's not over though--I'll make sure to take it once I'm back at the crib.
I really haven't done the whole water thing like we're supposed to since early out--looks like I should incorporate that into my regimen as well.
Other than that, so far, so good!!
