Newbie requesting surgery and fingers crossed...

Hello all. I have enjoyed reading all the post on this board. I went to the doctor on December 3, 2008 and they called me on December 10 giving me the option of having my surgery on the 18th of December. Totally schocked, after having read everyone else's post I just knew it was going to take months before i got my approval. Nonetheless my surgery date is scheduled for next thursday and I would just like everyone to keep me in prayer. I will be sure to come back after surgery and share how well my experience has gone....
