You are not alone. I feel your struggle, I havent gained all my weight back ........but Im working to NOT gain all that I have back. Get on board Mr Man and work what you got til you cant NO more........

They say you got 5 yrs to get to goal with the band, and according to my count, you still got 35 months left to make it happen. Believe it and act on it.

I'm nobody.....well, ummmmm I am somebody but NOT when it comes to struggling weightloss attempts. I'm going thru it with you. For real.
