I made it back

Hello BAF,

I havent been on in months, and I havent been ON my weight loss in MONTHS. Im ashamed, and it took every bit of strength I could musted to even come on this site today.

Ive had a hard year, dealing with employment and family issues, and I just have not been able to keep working with my band. Ive gained the weight back that I lost, and wondering when(or IF) I have the enthusiasm to get back on the right foot.

I have no excuses, this is all my fault. I guess this journey is not over for me yet. Laverne, you have been nothing but wonderful,,, its just LIFE caught up with the Ole Que Dawg.

Well,, Ive said it,, and I guess I can use this as my first step.

I have looked at your number 10 times. I knew it was still the same. Its funny how your(or my) mind works.

I knew this was all on me. I know what to do, and I know HOW to do it. Its just tuff getting back in the mind frame.
