Miz D - How do you like the Hip Hop Abs.  I love it but am too old to do it every night.  I am down to once a week now, but I think some abs are forming deep in there.  LOL

Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken strips and Raspberry viniagrette dressing; s-f jello
Snack - cucumber and carrot chips
Dinner - not sure

Water goal: 100 oz.. (16 down so far)
Supplements: multi vitamin, calcium citrate, s/l B-12

Exercise: walking up/down stairs today instead of elevator!!!
