Day 54, P90X PLUS, LOST ON THE DIET, DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

I did my workout and yeah it was good and all. I workout everyday, every single stinking day except Sunday which is my rest day. I have been so lost on what to do as far as diet, well actually I haven't been lost I just have been eating a ton of M&M's and other crap so there it is, that is why I can workout and not loose a dam pounds.
So what to do, I haven't a clue, but I am going to just eat healthier which for me means no candy, and more vegetables and less fat. So I don't know I am on day 3 of no candy and I am sitting here trying to come up with a reason to eat junk. I suck so bad.
Anyway I am going to keep an eye on my calories and not eat candy. I am getting addicted to bananas however. LOL. I am such an addiction *****
So my workout is done yall, Is yours?

LEE I am so proud of you holding out on the letter (make that a double) that comes after L. I believe with the changes you've mentioned that you should be able to see some loss. Have you ever thought that maybe you are constantly building muscle...since you workout 6 days a week? It is just a thought because I am not a doctor or exercise expert.
I will complete workout #3 today after 4:30 p.m. My trainer and I discussed yesterday that he will increase my reps and time on the treadmill after today. I hate the treadmill with a passion. I rather an all weights workout but I know that cardio burns the calories.

Yes I am constantly building muscle but I also do cardio dam near every day, I know what my problem is I just don't know what to do about it. I am totally addicted to candy and I am on day 3 of no candy and I am really proud of that.
I honestly believe that if I can stay away from the candy for a month or two I will lose some weight, but that is so hard for me. I am really going to try hard this time because I know if I don't stop this I will be fat soon and yes I mean soon.
I am going to keep you all posted on my candy issues but as of today i'm on day 3 and i'm craving it but I am not going to get any. Lord Help Me.
But hey each day is a new day and I am almost thru day one w/o candy and about to go to bed so I am not tempted to give in. Lord help us both! Thanks again for your post.
Congrats on completing another day and good luck on finding a diet you can stick to. I don't have a clue as to what to eat, when to eat, so I'm with you on the diet loss thing. I'll keep reading your posts in hopes that someone will post something that I can stick with also!
I did "ramp it up" this morning at 5:30 a.m., and plan to do 3 miles on the treadmill tonight! Keep up the good work gurly:

It is funny it's like my life is a contradiction because I workout so much but eat so much junk food. As far as my regular meals I eat great cause Becca cooks low fat and not a lot of carbs but it is the other junk that I eat that is killing me and that is making me really fat.
If I can master getting over the candy I will be good.
I feel the same way, I am paying someone to work the heck out of me 3-days a week, but I keep wanting sweets and salty foods (snacks) almost everyday. I've been trying sugar-free this and that, no salt potato chips, and low-sodium crackers but honestly I just need to stop eating junk food.
I haven't had anything sweet or salty but my sugar-free lifesavers popsicles and sugar-free fudgesicles and the low-sodium saltine crackers since Monday. I'm gonna try to make it through the rest of the week and maybe indulge on the weekend. (Duh, I don't even need to eat the mess on the weekends either), it is really hard!
