Say it aint so

I heard on the news this morning that the Obamas are staying in a hotel and not the guest house on the White House grounds because supposedly President Bush and his administration  says it booked up til Jan 15. 

I would have thought  they would have done everything in their power to accomodate this man and his family until his run begins........

I'm feeling " some kind of way about it " and was wondering what your thoughts are ????

Has something like this ever happened before concering the transition @ Pennsylvania Ave ???? 

 Do you think race has anything to do with it....???

I hope this is not an indication of how he and his family will be treated.  He's earned the right to be there....treat the man with some respect. Geesh !
