WORKOUT WEAR

Ok, so I'm not really working with a lot of boobage, but I still need some support.  I don't think I'm giving my workouts my all cause I'm trying to hard to keep my girls in place.  Can anyone recommend a sports bra that will keep the girls firmly in place?

Also, shoes...currently wearing new balance, but I find that they're a bit bulky and don't really allow for the best free range of motion when moving around.  I'd love to workout barefoot, but since I need the traction I guess I need shoes. Can anyone recommend a shoe that hugs the foot and allows maximum flexibility?

Thanks in advance

I wear those tight sport tops with the bra built in.  Girl, not only do they hold your girls up, they make you look like you have a fantastic shape.  Walmart or marshalls should have them.

I wear new balances for walking.  All other exercise, I wear my nike's

You know I need some support. I started doing step class and the girls are flying. I bought some on Ebay 2 years ago. Some by Goddess brand that I really like and I would have to check the other brands that have the underwire in it. These are also very good.

I love my Pumas. I have low cut comfy ones to work out in the house with.

Do you know Piggy gives me a slip yesterday saying......oh this came for you last week. WTH? Thanks girl. I have to call today and see if they still have it. Men are idiots! I will let you know.

I put on 2 addidas sports bras and that works for me,  you can purchase them at Marshalls or TJ Maxx.  I use nike shoes for working out.   QTL  I hope you find something that works, because there is nothing worse then your girls bouncing all over the place.
