I don't know if you're talking to me but I use Unjury http://www.unjury.com/.  The only protein powder I can stand.  Their unflavored is actually unflavored w/o any gritty taste. Mixes completely in coffee and other warm foods as well.  They have samples on their site for purchase.

s- new whey proten
L- turkey burger with no bun
d- turkey chili


water:  64oz at the least
supplements - multi, b-12, cod liver and calcium citrate

exercise:  30 minutes on treadmill

b - 1 boiled egg
s-  dannon la creme vanilla
l - grilled chicken 5 oz, few pieces of lettuce and ken's honey mustard salad dressing
s- s/f pudding jello dulce de leche
d-  turkey meatballs and sliced cheese and small salad with light dressing.

Aiming for 4 bottles of water -  drank 1 so far. 

Exercise - Dancing in the house for 20- 30 minutes....
