Lunch - 1/2 Salad w/ a little chicken
Dinner - Lean Pocket
Water Goal: 100oz
Supplements - Multi, Iron 60mg, Ester C, B12, B-complex & Calcium Citrate
Exercise: AM: 30 minutes on treadmill w/ weight vest; PM: Abs, Hips and thighs
S- Trail Mix
L- Mexican chicken bake
S- greek yogurt w/ reduced sugar jam
S2- cheese cubes
D- salmon cake w prov cheese on top
Step Aerobics already done, PM sculpting
Vits- Calcium, Multi, Biotin, A, D, E, C, Iron, Zinc, B12
tryin for 80 ozs water.....done 20 so far

I drink this every AM.
Scoop and half of vanilla protien (GNC 100% Whey) 30g
4 oz half and half (that might not be good for you..member I have the DS so I need the fat, but you could use ff milk or whatever)
4 oz water
caramel syrup (SF or real whatever you like)
tsp instant coffee
ice (some days I do no ice)
blend up..yummy
I know someone else that took my recipe and uses choc protien and hazelnut syrup. Somebody else uses choc protien and peanut butter. You can add whatever flavors you like. Easily gives Starbucks a run for thier money!!!
