Get a Hottie - $14 that could save your life

There was a day when people routinely used Ho****er Bottles. These days they have come to be associated with old ladies. Despite their bad reputation a Ho****er Bottle can help you lose weight, not to mention provide all sorts of other comfort. If you've got one, dust it off and start using it. If you don't have one, it's the best $14 you'll ever spend in your life. Overeating does a few things to alter how you physically feel. One is that it literally fills you up. That can help you with anxiety and emptiness. The other is that it takes the blood away from your brain and sends it to your belly so you can digest. With less blood up at your brain, you don't think or worry nearly as much. Holding a ho****er bottle against your stomach can have the same effect. It can help with that empty feeling. It can bring the blood to your belly and soothe your restless mind. It can help you get to sleep and stay asleep. It can ease your PMS. And it can help insure that you don't go to bed with the wrong person just to keep you warm at night. In 2009 its called a heating pad lol...........and trust me when I say its my best friend.  Mine even has a name its Harry.  My boyfriend always laughs when I tell him I got a hot date with Harry.

Wow. who would have thought !     I need to call some of the old ladies I know and see if they have one around the house somewhere.  $14.00 for a ho****er bottle. amazing !!!    Sounds like something worth trying though.
