GO hard or Go home 2009...Help dropping 45 lbs
Hello all who know me and those that dont Hello my name Is Suante' anywho....Im trying to drop the last 45lbs b4 I even think about visiting my doctor for my tummy tuck.....I need help...I mean I dont really cheat my pouch wont let me I was running daily but cali is on some bulli****s too damn cold and dark to be outside running....First things first I figured it was time for me to come on home (BAF) I cant get support like this from other folks that think they know everything about dropping weight (but they still on swole) anywho....Im back... any protein trains I could jump on....Holla at your girl....Thanks Much love,Success and Blessings to you all

I hate the change in time about the time I'm ready to go walking it it dark. And the neighbor is total different from what it was several YEARS AGo 2 hurricane later and totally difference people. It hard to now who to trust and who not to. To many murder and robbery in this area.. what where jewerly but the cheat stuff from wal-mart. But the town around here is having the same problems I had gone back to the beginning of my Dr. diet in and attempt to jump start my weight moving again.
Even try some of the protein trains. When ever you see one posted just jump in and they well be glad.
Good Luck I have 25-30 to lose to be to goal and it hard with other medical problems also.(knees.back etc.)and age :)

The only advice I can offer is what you already know....go back to basics. Consistent exercise and up your protein and water.
Many of us are jumping back on track for 2009. Nothing has been formally put together (like we used to do the Protein Train), but are just doing whatever works for them as individuals.
Just checking in here, on BAF, will give you encouragement and support. Buddy up with someone and exchange contact info. Accountability partnering does wonders. It provides that 'kick in da butt' that we all need at times during this journey.

You mention KINDA running - depending on the weather.... what other exercise are you doing on a regular basis? If you're not doing something - then that's the issue. I had to kick up my routine in the gym to get off my last 40 or so lbs.
also - you should go to a PS for a consult NOW - he can tell you about how much of your weight left is skin - so you know how much you REALLY have to lose AND he can tell you how much you SHOULD lose - you might find that losing that whole 45 will make you TOO small for him to be comfortable operating on you.
And the usual water, water, water..... protein, protein, protein of course!!!!

Get your butt back in the gym! If not for the simple fact you are CHEAP and refuse to pay for what you are not using!!!! LOL
For reals - you need some freeweights - you got good cardio - but weight training will do wonders for you!
