Cardioke!!!

I have finally found a exercise DVD that I like and can actually follow the steps to lol

I ain't gonna lie some of those dance/aerobics DVD's will have me feeling like I have no rhythm!!! 


Billy Blanks Jr. has this DVD that you can order on Comcast called Cardioke!!!!

Thanks for the info once I saw your post I went to see if my cable channel(Verizon FIOS) has it and it DOES. And,guess what? I DID THE WHOLE THING, but not too much of the jumpin around. Thanks again.

It was almost fun lol....My family and I did it together the second time!!!!

I'm surprised I did the jumping my kids thought it was a piece of cake..of coarse....

I liked it cause it was some dance moves that I liked in it, and he is cute unlike his ugly ass daddy whose videos make me want to puke from just looking at his face.  

Your crazy!!!!  I first heard about him from this show called Ruby I watch....He has his own gym in LA must be nice....
