Issue #1 - remember the contractor dude she wanted me to talk to and order a computer for and I told her hell no!!??? - Well -she came at me AGAIN with some **** she GAVE me a monitor several months ago - now that my daughters new computer came with one - she now wants to SELL it,..... to HIM..... and wants ME to call him, set the price and do the 'transaction'..... ***** NO!!!!!  KISS MY GRITS!!!!!!!!  I told you I ain't talkin to him and DATS IT!!!! 

Issue#2 - I just made the 'rent run' for her - she has this slum-like apartment that she rents out on the North side of town - but she won't EVER go there.... *I* go each month to pick up the $$..... this place is a freaking RAT TRAP!!!!  barely liveable and if ANY city inspector rolled through - her ass would be in JAIL!!!!  Well - the dude that was renting it DIED (not in the place tho) and a new dude has taken up shop and has been paying the SAME amount as previous dude for the last 4 months..... THIS GREEDY MOFO wants to raise the rent by 60% JUST BECAUSE!!!!!!  Mind you - she is NOT willing to make ANY improvements or do a DAMN thing to the property and she doesn't NEED the money - she just want to raise it to show she's boss............ WHAT THE **** EVER!!!!

she can raise that **** on that man if she want to - and she can pick that raised **** up on her own too.......

Word of advice; cruise ships look like your best bet...they haven't found anyone from one of those jokers yet.

This may seem impolite (okay it is down right rude) but is your mama and the handyman...gettin it on?  I can't think of another reason she would want to take back a gift from her granddaughter.  Oh well not my bizness but um, consider the boat.
