Good source of protein????

Good morning,
I was just wondering if black eyed peas were a good source of protein?  I have some left over and have been eating them but wondered that....does anyone know???

1 cup of BEPs contains 11gms of protein.  I would say it is a good source.  I don't like them though...taste like dirt to me.  But enjoy!

hey lady, thanks...you know i JUST recently started eating them within the last 2-3 years...i didn't like them before...but now i do...strange....lol
