Big change huh? Last time you saw me was Halloween! I woulda been smokin in that dress right now LOL
Yea when I'm ready I will just eat more carbs. Right now while I'm in the loss phase I eat low-carb, high protien, high fat. I'll just increase my carbs and eat more. The also have pills you can ake to help you absorb more. I'll prob go a lil lower than 160 then see how it feels. Whatever a size 8 equals for my height. Single digits baby!!!

As for your do-do dilemmas...girly I feel for you.
We do the same work... I remember once I considered going out in the field for a bit....but the element and the bathroom situation just didnt appeal to me.
But on the flip side, when Im stuck in the office on nice sunny days...you get the liberty of enjoying all that fresh air with no supervision. And plenty of free time to shop.
You gotta take the good with the bad.
