meds

Hey ya'll!  I need a little help.  My allergies are killing me.  I usually ride it out but I need to take something.  I can't find the link with what meds we are/aren't aloud to take.  Please help me out and post or backline the list/link or at least a good otc allergy med we CAN take.  I am stepping away for a bit but will check back.  Thank you in advance.
