CLOSET CUT BUDDY.......
Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome. ~Booker T. Washington~

I'm fairly open-minded, fail your more than 3 rule and still can say..
I ain't never--never have, never will with anyone I'm not interested in physically, mentally, emotionally and that means in public or private.
You ain't getting that far with me if I'm not attracted to you/feeling you.
So, I don't get this topic.

I can admit to having been the one who was too fat and ugly to be "seen" with. Yeah, that bit of business did hurt. But, you know what? As you mature / grow, you get over it like all the other unpleasantries in life.
The summer after my surgery, I was at a free concert here, I happened to look up and, bingo, there she was...with her mom. After a few seconds of indecision, I decided to go say "Hi"...so I did. At first, she claimed not to recognize me (never mind the fact I called her by name and she answered. lol). Eventually, I guess she called herself being "sociable" by engaging me in small talk. I left to re-join the people I was there with and noticed the occassional glances my way from her and her mom. The good thing? I aged better than she did. LOL.
"When Alexander saw the breadth of his domain, he wept for there were no more worlds to conquer." Plutach. Not true, for there are always more worlds to conquer.
