DAY 52, P90X PLUS, STILL KICKING

Morning Yall

I did my workout as usual and 500 sit ups which was not a good idea cause my back is hurting but it is done now.

I got a message from someone asking why I post my P90X PLUS workouts everyday, cause no one looks at it and the people that do don't even work out.  This person also pointed out how I am just wasting my time unless I am posting pics.

If it's something you want to do and it helps you, keep posting.  There are a lot of lurkers and regular posters out there that may be getting encouragement from your posts.

Tell them you post cause you want to and you because you can!  If they don't want to see your posts, they don't have to open them.

I sent a message back asking them why do they care if I post or not, if you don't like it go read another post.

I think it may be one of my usual haters, I can kind of tell by the way they word things
