Lunch - Collard Greens
Dinner - Cube Steak, steamed broccoli
Water Goal: 100oz
Supplements - Multi, Iron 60mg, Ester C, B12, B-complex & Calcium Citrate
Exercise: AM: 30 minutes on treadmill w/ weight vest; PM: Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn

I am going to attempt the Protein Train starting today. I may not be able to start until tomorrow because I really need to go grocery shopping. However, I will be at the gym to do workout #1 which if I am not mistaken my upper body workout is today.

Lunch - Seafood Salad on Spinach Greens
Dinner - Shrimp Alfredo made with Whole Wheat Pasta
Water Goal: 64oz
Vitamins: Multi, Biotin, Calcium Citrate + D, Super B Complex, Omega 3
Exercise: 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels, 3mile walk.

On the list for the day:
1 boiled egg w/ string cheese
1/2 ham/turkey sandwich w/ avocado
unlimited celery, carrots with a bit of ranch.
Small salad w/ Jalapeno ranch dressing
Dinner tonight will be leftover steak on top of another salad.
Minimum 64 oz. of water and will be on the treadmill for at least 45 min/3 miles.
