Hey Trina
How are you?  Your recipe for low-carb shepherds pie sound delicious i am going to try it myself.  I love casserole type dishes but don't like to use pasta's or potatoes alot.  Anyways thanks for posting this sweetie.  Today i actually ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a calzone for myself and had a small salad.  Now of course we did not eat all of that - my daughter ate a few slices and put the rest up for an after school snack or early dinner tmrw after school.  I ate 1/2 my calzone and half of my salad.  Plan to have the rest for dinner tmrw.  I was just to lazy to cook and i cleaned up my kitchen real good this morning and now that everything is sparkling and all the dishes washed and put away - i just could not fathom cooking a big meal to do that mess all over again lol lol. But if i would have cooked it would have been smithfield ham, homemade potato salad, and spinach.  Anyways enjoy your days off and i will talk to you later.

Hey Deejay!!!!  Sounds like you had a good plan for today!  I did pizza Friday night so I wasn't in the mood for nothing italian at all today!!

The shepherd's pie was pretty alright - I'd never had it at all before - kinda like meatloaf to me.....

What's the difference between Mexican chili and regular chili?
