Good morning yall!!!!  I got three more days till I go back to work - I am going to chill, chill, CHILL today!!!!

I'm making my own famous 'mama's house burger'.... LOL!  It's the version like Eddie Murphy talks about in Delirious - just no Wonder Bread!!!  LMAO

Seriously - I am doing burgers with cheese and applewood smoked bacon on top.  Whole Wheat buns for these beauties.....  and that's it!  I have my stirfry stuff for later this week, I made low carb Shepherd's pie yesterday, So I have plenty of stuff on hand to eat.

So what are yall cooking today?????

I have no idea what i'm making today.  Last nite, however, I made wild rice with currents and a hint of orange zest, with baked chicken wings in brown sugar bbq sauce with sugar-free orange marmalade over it.

My daughter loved it and the chick is a picky eater.

Yeah, I felt like being experimental. lol

Today? Maybe I'll roast a cornish game hen

I just like using my imagination...broadening my horizons.  Besides, some women love a man that can cook.  I know mine does (yeah, get ur  on--lol).

just kidding.  It is nice when a man knows how to cook.

Happy New Year D.
