SUNDAY SHOUT OUT
I am going to enjoy "my last supper" today. My food choices will be on point effective tomorrow. I had planned on resting in the exercise department today. However, since I have seen your post, I am going to walk and do exercises to attempt to gain more strength in my arms. Have a great Sunday everyone.

bfast-1 egg, 2 slices of turkey bacon, half a container of yogurt
lunch-other half of yogurt and probably Pb&j sandwich
snack fruit and popcorn
dinner turkey burger and maybe a sweet potatoe
water goal-70 oz's( i rarely meet my water goal)
supplements-multi, and calcium(this morning) and mulii and calcium (before bed)
I'm going to plan to go for a walk to wal-mart or Dots if I'm going to shop I may as well add a exercise componet to it.
