Why did he have to pretend to be an IRS agent?
What did he do for a living?

I think it kind of glorified suicide. What your thought?
Why did he have to go to the hotel?
It was kind of confusing to me but i loved it...i really loved it. I think it is going to mess with me for a minute, I had to take two bc powders after watching it. It was just a sad, sad, sad movie.

1. According to Shakespeere (I forget which play) when u killed someone, you had to give back in return a "pound of flesh", or a life for a life. In the accident, he killed seven people...thus 7 Pounds...of flesh. Since he could only give up his life once, he had to make better the lives of seven ppl to make up for it.

4. it was a suicide...he was remorseful over all the deaths..including that of his wife.

He was into Aeronautics, remember when he was giving the presentation....(i guess he just up and quit his job)
As far as the suicide, i think he did it because he felt guilty because of the accident and wanted to help others. but what a hell of a way to go, huh?
