Liquid Vitamins

Thanks so much! I'm definitely hitting up WalMart since I need to start the calcium next week. And I'm going to try and find that Tropical Oasis multi!

walmart doesnt have the liquid calcium citrate, i got that at vitacost.com for $14. thats the only thing not at walmart. but the sublingual b12 and flinstones complete are at walmart

I ordered a 3 month supply of the BA vitamins b/c my doctor recommened them. But I will be trying your suggestions next time... the price I paid for three months of BA vitamins could purchase a year supply of the ones ndspelman mentioned above...

I get the majority of my vitamins from melaleuca and  vitalady.com Its usually better to order a big amount because of the shipping costs. Everything lasts for awhile. I usually order every 3 months or so for my vitalady vitamins. The other ones are once a month. Oh yeah and she has liquids too and samples.
