Hey BAF,
I hope all is well.  Well i had posted this before but i just wanted to check and see however was doing.  I am probably going to post at least once a week so everyone can give an update about how we are getting back 2 the basics.  I have noticed such a big diffrence already.  I have stoped eating and drinking at the same time and WOW i get full so much faster now.  Probably because i am not washing all my food down.  I am also going to make sure that I start my day off with a protein drink.  I hope all of you are doing well.  I hop th new year was wonderful, but now it back 2 the basics.  I hav noticed that onc people get confortable with their WLS they tend to half do things.  Straying from th rules that their suergons set for them.  I am gulity of this and I know I am wrong for doing it because if i knew waht i was doing when it comes to food I would not have needed WLS to bgin with.  I am also going to try and start a food journal to track how much i am eating.  If any want to particapate I would not mind starting a daily post on here so we can keep each other accountable for what we are eating.  Well family I think I have said all I have to say for today hope to hear from all thos getting back 2 the basics.

I have been getting back to the basic also. I am 18 months post op and at my PMD goal weight bu not my personnal goal. For the last month or two my weight has been down 3 lbs up 3 lbs so I started writting down everything that was going in my mouth and noticed that I was falling into old pre op habits, so I pulled out my books and workbooks and stated from the beginning. I am recording everything I eat, no drinking with meals, drinking my water and getting in all of my protein. I also reevaluated my exercise routine and revised it to fit with where I am now. I am hoping that by getting back to the basic I can lose the last 15 lbs before I reach my 2 year surgiversary.
