HALF TON DAD

Yo,

I was watching this show last night on TLC and had tears down my face with my whole family. My Father told me that he was so afraid that I was headed in that direction. He said I sat in one spot for a whole weekend and didn't move. He thought that was the end of all for me and was really afraid that I'd be there.

At my heaviest I was 674lbs God is so awesome b/c now i'm teetering 413 and a very active live

My goal is to get to 250 including the skin surgery by the end of this year.

Help my lil bro has decided to have the surgery as well he is a big man but way more active than me (diesel mechanic). I'm so proud of my dude for making the decision to make it happen!! Thats that deal!!!!!!!

WANT TO SEE HOW ITS DONE..........WATCH HIM BLESS ME........WATCH HIM BLESS ME!!!

I watched the show last night as well as half ton Mom and half ton Teen. it also brought tears to my eyes.
