Weight training challenge..... anyone down?
So - for the challenge - let's outline what we push today for our exercises and what we want to be able to push by the end of, say.... 60 days? i figure 3xs a week should allow me to bump up another 20-40lbs. So - you down????
For me:
Biceps - 30lb (bar)
Triceps - 10lb
Shoulder press - 30lb
Leg press - 160lb
Squat - 90lb
Calf raises - 140 (donkey), 70 (sitting)
I WANT to get to:
Triceps - 15
Leg press - 180
Squat - 120
Calf raise - 100 sitting, 180 donkey
