DAY 50, P90X PLUS, NEW YEAR YALL, WHO WITH ME ON THE WORKOUTS

Morning Yall

I don't know why but I am so excited that day 50 fell on New Years day.  I felt this extra surge of energy until my dam back went out..  Becca had to come and help me up.  LOL.    I waited until my back spasms to stop and finished my workout.   DAMIT I'M GETTING OLD YALL.

It is a new year I know everyone has this idea that they are going to start today and i'm so excited for everyone who does, especially Michelle.   Yeaaaaaa Michelle.

I DID IT ON A NEW YEARS,  HOPE YOU DID IT TO.

Girl you stay working ya butt off!!!!

I could not hang with you YET!!! lol  BUT  i did manage to get a mile in.....it actually felt good!!

Yeaaaaa Candace,   A mile is a great way to start the New Year.

I got my workout in...woo hoo!  Its been hard on this last leg of my trip to get in all the workouts I want to but you know whats okay too.  By Monday I will be completely back on my plan and ready to get to work it out!!  

2009 is my year!!

April you know you may be struggling to get your workouts in but as long as you don't completely give up then your good.    Try to make a new commitment to do it everyday.

Its hard being out of town and trying to get to the gym.  But I decided that something is better than nothing.  But Sunday I am back on my turf and back on target!

Ooops, sorry I'm late.  I can't believe you finished working out after your back went out-girl you are crazy!

And yep, new year, new me!
