LOL, I certainly did take it wrong.  I thought you were telling old girl that u were sorry she looked good as Pippy Longstocking.

Girl, as much as I hate that I am losing my hair and I have to admit the hair loss factored into my surgery choice but on the real; I would rock a Telly Savales in order to be healthy!  When I actually make it to fione too, there will be no stopping my bald headed behind.

Right now just biotin pills, found biotin shampoos and condition  and I use Something  they call doo gro and a nightly scalp massage with a satin cap at night.. Found out after reread doctor diet paper's I was getting
enough protein.  Started have the hair braided again not the braids that hang but the styles that are pinned up close to my head after beening braided.  Help with not having the weight of the hair been pull by the braided hair. (no hair weaves)  I she you hate work with your hair we have to do something to be able to get the hair back

Lee,

Sorry to hear you were having problems in the headroom department.  You know if you needed a follicle transplant you could count on ya boy right?  Unfortunately, my hair left me too without a forwarding address a few years ago.  Oh well, hang in their, Kid.  You'll be aiight.

Lee, I saw your post and I saw all the well intended responses and not trying to step on anyone toes...I had that problem about 6 months again, where I had to wear wigs because I did not have enough hair to cover the spots if I wanted to, I tried everything you can think of until finally I went to a doctor for it and he told me, using all that stuff was not going to help, I was just making someone richer by buying all that stuff,  I did not need external help but help from the inside.  The most simple thing that he told me to do was massage my scalp every day to make sure the blood supply in my scalp was plentiful and to continue my vitamins.  Good luck in finding what works for you.

Thanks LaVerne

I honestly don't know a lot about hair care stuff but I am about to learn.  I got so much advice I am a bit overwhelmed.  I think i'm going to start going to a hair dresser and get salp treatments like this older lady at Walmart told me and Keep up this protein treatment and heating cap thing I bought yesterday maybe once a week.   I'm honestly not sure what my plan is.

I emailed my doctor and I got a appointment for the middle of the month to talk to him about it.

I am just hoping to save some of my hair before it's all gone.   Those pictures really didn't even show the bald spots I have in the back cause I have enough hair back there still to cover them.

Lee, I heard good things about Nioxin, but it didn't work for me.  It was a very expensive experiment.  Obviously it worked for someone as they recommended but I am cautious of my experience.

Working on me - want to be better in everyway not just physically!!!  Its a process no time to judge or be judged!!!!
