Hey yall
Thanks so much for all the advice, on the board and all the many many messages on the backline. I have so many suggestions now that I don't know what to try. I think I am going to do a little research on them all and then see which one I think is best.
I just got back from the Beauty Supply place and I got a tub of proetin creme rinse and a hot cap, I am going to wash this stuff out of my head and put that cream on and get under the cap. (The lady said do that) I will then use some of my wanakee products on it and leave it down until I go out somewhere, then it's back to the bun.
I am going to really look into this Carol's Daughter stuff people have been telling me about for everyday use and Nioxin also. That is where i'm going to start.

It will mean I have to do it every night and i'm way to lazy to be bothering with hair every night. I am thinking I will flop it all on top of my head at night and see how that works. I know at first i'm going to have a headache from hell cause my poor hair folicles aren't use to it, but they gonna have to get use to it.
