The ONLY downside to the spray is it is a good chance you will end up with black pillows and have the spray on your hands. My mom use to use that stuff when she start graying...

I think I could be ok with that,  I could just buy pillow cases only for my sprayed head.  Rhonda does it really look natural.  I don't want to be looking like I have a head full of hair spray paint.

If its not Stress then its Genetic you need to see a Doctor to see if you even have anymore hair follicles  in those balding area if not Rogaine you can try it but you already know what happens once you stop ,Do Grow will not help........ you exercise way to hard for the spray Becca will beat you down if you get black spray all over the house.

it does look like you have some heavy product on your hair
conditioner. oil  what is it Lee?

That stuff I have in my hair in the pictures is this stuff I bought that is suppose to make it look thicker but I hate it cause it is heavy and it sucks but I don't know what else to use.  I only put that thick crap on when I am going out to see people I haven't seen in a long time.  It is wanakee hair essential creme,  I don't like the thickness but without it I look evne balder.

It works pretty good on the side and top cause at the top of my head there is a huge bald spot but it actually looks thick in that spot.
When i'm not going anywhere I just wa**** and put some moisturizer creme or this other stuff that keeps it moist I can't think of the name of it, or some shine spray spray.  But usually I have lite stuff on it so it's not all weighed down.

What do you recommend Ms. Robyn

Hey Lee, you do have very pretty hair...you may want to change hairstyles, maybe the contant pulling back into a bun is wearing on it.  I know when folks wear ponytails consistently, it pulls the hair and they go bald or the hair breaks in that spot....don't have any other suggestions, my hair has gotten really thin since RNY and i am almost 3 years out too....have a happy new year!

Stacee I know what your saying is absolutely right and I hear it all the time.  I have been wearing my hair in a pontail everyday for almost 35 years.  I don't like my hair down at all but I think your right.

I guess I will have to start at least letting it down when I get home, not a public hair down person.

Lee have you ever heard of NIOXIN. It treats the scalp. I remember I had a perm and it started breaking my hair off so I cut all of it out and startted shampooing and conditioning with Nioxin. I was taking the vitamins daily and also using the scalp treatment daily.

olive oil also thickens. I usually mix it with Dr. Miracles.

Remember when you try something stick with it for a month or two so I can start working.
Good luck

You wear you hair pulled back too much ~no, I'm not joking~

Really, you need to let it down every now and again to stop the stressing of pulling it into a bun.  When I rocked my dayum weave ponytail forever, my hair started to break in the top and on the edges.

I focus not on my disabilty; my focus is on my ABILITIES.

I know it's true Dee,  my mom keeps telling me to let my hair down because I stress it to much and I'm going to end up bald in the front and now it's true.   But the thing is I have always wore buns and it has only been since surgery that I am loosing all my darn hair.   I am going to start taking it down when I get in the house to give it a break.

Lee the women in my family start having thin hair issues in their 40's.  I started out with thin hair.  To get to the bottom line I use Nioxin.  It's for thinning hair.  I did not find it in the neighborHOOD stores, bought it at the salon but it works for me.  No I'm not losing my hair yet but it can't hurt you to try it.  I use the shampoo and conditioner.  It's not greasy or oily. With grease and oil thin hair just looks thinner.

 With  I will succeed.
