Mega wow moment from Christmas

My mom remarried when I was 12 I am 31 years old now. My stepdad passed away abou t5 years ago but we're still close to some members of his family. Anywho, we werehaving a CHristmas gathering at my mom's and there were no kids allowed so I took my nephews over to "Big mama's" my stepdads mom. I go in give Big Mama a hug sit down and begin to talk to her she's cordial and polite but no t like family friendly just polite. I leave go back to the house and come backto get the boys in a couple of hours. When I come back and about to leave she says "you have lost a lot of weight since last I saw you" (I think last Christmas) I smile and say yeah 125 lbs....I speak to my cousin yesterday and she says to me "Don't tell big mama but she did not know who you were"! I sat and talked to her for a half an hour and she had NO idea who I was but was too embarassed to who I was because I evidently knew her, Just had to share I think that's one for the books

That was a good one, even though she was older at least she admitted to did not realizing who you was.

Thats what I was going to say Kathleen, I am 5 yrs older and my relatives who don't recognize me assume it is their becoming senile not me doing something, lol.  I saw my great grandfather go almost nuts when I showed up at his 107 birthday party.  LOL, take pity on the old, Lord say the same we will someday get there.
