Hey Lady,
I usually don't tell women that I know how to cook because when they find out they FORGET how to cook. My specialties would be:

Shrimp/Chicken Fra Diablo
(saute' the shrimpchicken and veggies and add a hype-up red pasta sauce)

Creamed Spinach

Fried Pork Chops

Bar-B-Que Pork Chops

Green Beans

Southern Boiled Cabbage

Chocolate Pecan Pie

Sock-it-to-Me Cake

I think I am going to make a Pie right now.

I can't cook.

I had this hateful heffa in church tell me one time that she had NEVER met a black woman that couldn't cook but she didn't consider me black no way !!!
