This is my last post. I have to recover from the lie post..yawl killin me ova there!! 

So I have to know who can cook?? What dishes do you make that have folks lickin' their fingers??

Provide a from scratch list and a finga lickin' dish list .....what is your forte?

MY FROM SCRATCH LIST: 

Gravy (even with flour no cornstarch)

Rice (bangin' everytime) 

Mashed Potatoes

Yams/Sweet Potatoe Pie

Beans

LICKIN FINGAS LIST: 

Mexican food

Chicken Soup

Sadly I have to admit I can't bake or fry for shiot! But I can season the hell outta something!!

What can you whip up? What are you best dishes?

And let me know when I can come get a plate..LMAOOOO

YEs I cook a mean JErk Chicken and Hot Fried CHicken (pepper)  and Jamaican Stew Chicken heffa.

That sounds great.  Would you give out the recipe when you have time? Now that I've had the surgery, I'm trying to eat out less. If you can only do one. I'd love to know how to make jerk chicken. I've tried the rubs in the store and now of them have compared to the real stuff.

My rice come out great every time as well (uncle bens or carolina only)

You know what my hand nuh make rice fluff but when I was livin in the NYC i used Carolina and I haven't found it in GA.

Sorry though Lady have to take the peach cob off the list because the crust ain't from scratch that is the most important thing!!

But you get major props for Red snapper stew!!! Dayummm that sounds good!! What you put in it?
