They like the chitterlings too....Kim don't do chitterlings.  They tried to make me try it as a little girl...said eating them would make me pretty.  Yes, I fell for it and tried to eat a piece....ewwwwwww.  I put it in my mouth and without even swallowing it.  I cried and said...'well I just gotta be ugly, I can't eat it"

1. A male must be the first to enter your home after 12am New Year's Day. Let a female enter first and you will have hell all year long.

2. Black-Eye peas and fish for luck.

3. Clean house and no dirty laundry. Can't wash the the Friday before New Year's or the on New Year's Eve - you'll wash a loved one out of your life.

I do chitlins, hog maws, cabbage, & blackeyes. Cabbage for money and blackeyes for good luck. Not that I really expect it to come to fruition though. My mama makes Menudo and puts pig feet in it!! Yum-O!! Never heard about the money in your pocket at midnight.
