What kind of cell phone do you have?
Hey Lady,
I own the Palm Centro and the Instinct - luv them both, for different reasons (Instinct is 'cute' and pushes my emails through much faster than the Centro - this feature is extremely important for me, especially for work.)
I like the Centro because the IM feature is better than the Instinct (web based). However, the Instinct features a GPS system that is pretty cool - talks n er'thang. And I just luv the text messaging feature on the Instinct.
Centro is my main phone until next month - then I'm switching the lines because the Instinct is on my low-usage line.
As for Sprint's customer service - I've not had many problems with them; however, word to the wise, if you order products online, their customer service relating to web purchases SUCKS BIG TIME because those people are over in India...and they are not savvy to speaking real English.
Good luck on your quest...

I have an LG Rumor through Sprint. Although if you are wanting a Blackberry it may not have enough features. I text a lot and love that it has a slide out keyboard...and I can access my email and also Facebook. LOL I have been with Sprint for about 7-8 years, and really haven't ever had a problem with them.
If you are going to go with Verizon choose the Blackberry Storm it is an awesome phone. I have this one and really enjoy although texting will take come getting used to. My husband has the Omnia and it is also touch screen and is windows mobile based, you can greate grafts in excell, powerpoint or word.
Personally, I like the storm although the touch screen takes some getting used to. For me, my work emails come through them and they are just like I am sitting at my desk. however if you use it for email u must purchase the Data package no matter what. I get all my corporate emails through the phone and it never misses a beat. With verizon you can try a phone for 30 days and if you don/t like it you can take the phone back and choose another one. you can only do this one time. When you downlaod movies to your phone you will really enjoy it. I watch movies at work when I am just tired of doing workshh dont tell anyone I shut my door and watch a good movie. Even the bootleg movies look good on this phone.

Hubby has the latest greatest thing that sprint offers. HTC Touch Pro It does internet, GPS, text, camera, video, MP3, email - has a pull out keyboard, talks and some more schitt. Hard to find - not many available.
Check out sprint it was 500 or something with out the rebate and upgrades. It is HOT. may have the features you need. We've been with sprint forever. I have a old Blackberry - meets my needs it's a phone and gets my email.
