Tracfone has teamed up with Safelink Wireless. If you are receiving any type of government assistance such as Medicaid, you can apply for the phone. You only need the last four digits of SS#. You will be provided with a complementary 68 minutes per month and they do roll over. You have to reapply each year. The phone is delivered by UPS and comes activated. You pay absolutely nothing out of pocket. Only on phone per household.
