Good Morning EOY Challengers!
Are you all still with me? We only have a few more days of 2008.
Let's kick off 2009 on the right track.
Let's get all of our water , vitamins, and protein in and get an exercise routine in place that we can consistently keep going throughout the year.
Whatever we did in 2008, let's make 2009 even better!

Food has been on point today. Ate three meals so far all healthy and good portion.

I am ready today! Got my 1.5 liter bottle of water for the workday, another 20 oz for the gym after work where I will do my couch to 5K then an hour pilates class. Have all my meals and snacks ready for today too.

I am game for the January challenge. Count me in. I can't BELIEVE I just said that...I have commitment phobia....but I am gonna try new things in 2009. What will you call the new challenge, Kim?
