What can you NOT eat?

I'm just wondering because it almost seems like I can still eat everything!!!! This scares the BeJEEZES out of me cause I don't want to put the weight back on.This pure FEAR (i think) is the one of the only reasons why I'm still loosing (slooooooooowly) and motivation. I can't even call it will power because I know I have NONE of that. But I am only a year out and wonder what will happen with the fear is gone.   bc we all know nothing lasts always....

I still can't eat red meat and any processed foods.  I can eat eggs; but my pouch doesn't like it.  Other than that I can put away everything else. 

Chile....i can still eat steak...just have to chew it well and i can eat eggs....but i can't eat a whole one....even if I eat nothing else....i don't know why, its not that It fills me up....i dont think....

PASTA...........AFTER SURGERY I DEVELOPED AN ALLERGY TO ASPARTAME IN SF PRODUCTS!

idk if I have an allergy but I know SF stuff makes me sick.....the only thing i can do is those water mix ins...but anything else makes my stomach hurt and makes me feel queasy. I can't even do splenda in coffee anymore and I used to tear splenda up in coffee as a pre op

Pasta, grits, Chinese food, cannot eat and drink at the same time.... there are a some other things, but these 3 especially are deal breakers for my pouch and I'm 3 years post op...

Get a handle on it now lady! I would suggest weighing yourself every other day as well...I know that helps me even though I have recently gained weight! ughhhhhhhhhh but anyway to answer the question

Chinese food (no matter how many times I have tried, even tried su****oday can't do it)

Bread

Various forms of beef (can only eat like fake burger patties) Steak ain't happening!

Ice Cream

Cake

Tried to eat 6 of those almond candy thingees last night called on "ralph" soon there after 

Can sometimes do chicken.. not as much as I want though

Pasta

Citrusey type fruits

anything carbonated Ro can not **** with not even a lil bit! Let me add I can't do shots either! 

This is all a curse because I got this surgery "just because"... sometimes it really sucks to be me!!!
