Good for you!!! .  I am right there with cha... I plan to sneak off and do a Thrive walk here at work.. Haven't decided if I am going to do a mile or two. But after work I am going to hit the gym up.  My goal is to do something everyday this week and eat plenty of vegetables.

Sounds like a great active day you have planned.   I don't like jelli roll, it's not nice.

well Jelli Roll  is a birth nickname; I guess it wouldnt be nice if someone just started calling me that after I gained weight. , lol. but that wasnt the case. .I've been Jelli Roll as long as I've been Anjail as long with .Jel, Jill, J, Jelli. I am sure they all comes from my name Anjail (some how, lol)

But the one that get the most attention is Jel and Anjail... It was funny to see the guys at  the bar start acting funny when I say my name. They say.... say it again then I say Anjail....
like An-PRISON.. .  And when I say Jel they say like jail jail or they may say like .... hair gel. Then I say yeah. funny. But it doesnt bother me at all.

Go ahead with ya bad self Lee.  I ain't pronising anything exercize wise, but its warmed up a bit here and there's no snow on the ground so my dogs will get an extra long walk this afternoon.
