This is exactly the same as cooking it in a Reynolds plastic bag but with the plastic you don't have the mess of the juice being in the pan and without having to grease up the bag.
I love cooking them in bags cause there is no basting and it is very very juicy.
I'm sticking to Reynolds it's the same thing but easier.
