DAY 46 P90X PLUS REST DAY

Morning Yall
Today is rest day and I am happy, I need a break. It is very difficult some times cause I feel like I am at times wasting my time but I just keep chugging along. Thank goodness for the P90X boards or I would have quit several times. Those people are fanatics, lol, hey wait am I one of those people ??
April, have I lost you?? Lia, where you at?? Michelle I know what you are up to, enjoy your last days before you recommit.

I have "cyber stalking" your P90X posts and watching the commercials...
So tell me the truth...real talk..is it worth the money? Do you find it making a difference?
Now, I can't tell a lie...I have tried all the exercise stuff....in my house I have...Wii Fit, Treadmill, Weight Machine, Elliptical, stationary bike, all the dayum Pilate's balls, Resistance bands, etc, dance classes, stripper pole, LOL
Not to mention, I have tried 2 different Personal Trainers and the from the couch to 5K training program on my IPOD.
So I know whatever I do next has really got to get me to feel it and see results for me to stay with it. Please do share your experience!

It is only worth it if you do it and make the total commitment to it and it takes a lot of commitment. I didn't loose any weight with it but I gained a lot of muscle. I have done many many different types of workouts even one on Camp Pendleton with real marines and nothing has been as difficult.
So if your not willing to give it the full 90 days with out stopping and without cheating I say don't waste your time or money cause it won't be worth it. If your looking to loose weight find another program. This is my second time doing this and the first time I gained weight and this time i'm not losing any either. I do however look better in my clothes and have muscles like crazy.
If that is what your looking for then sure try it,
