SODA?!?!?!?!
my nut (nutrionist) said we could do diet soda if it was flat...hence no carbonation and no help for your case with the gas. I don't like flat soda and I like Lee feel that's one of the reasons I got fat enough to have the surgery so I haven't attempted to drink it either. I would say the gas strips or just walk and normally the gas will pass.
Good luck!

No it didn't make me sick. But if you just want soda to help w/ gas...try the gas ex. Also watch how you're drinking and what and how you're eating. Make sure not to be using straws and that you are eating slowly and not breathing hard and sucking in air.
A little baking soda mixed w/ warm water will also make you belch. Walk around and stretch too because gas is uncomfortable as well as dangerous.

Watch discovery health that has not been proven as fact. If that was true I'd be fat as hell. Soda is one of the few bad things I do going on 5+ years. Soda is bad for you...empty calories. Sugar free is not calorie free either.
